BlackRock, Inc has appointed Joel Kim as head of Asia-Pacific fixed income. He joins the firm from ING Investment Management, where he headed the Asian fixed income team, and was responsible for the firm’s fixed income assets in Asia ex-Japan. He will be based in Singapore.
