Korea and Malaysia leading the way with active investment strategies
Real estate markets in Asia-Pacific are holding up surprisingly well in the aftermath of the global recession compared to markets in the US and Europe. Pricing has improved across the region. With spending by Western consumers no longer acting as the primary engine of global economic growth, a new driver is needed to boost the world’s economy and, in turn, the global real estate industry – in other words, opportunity knocks for Asia.
