Diana Chan has a plum job. She is paid well; her job in a statutory authority is high-powered but very low key. As managing director of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) she oversees the scheme for all working people in Hong Kong, but hardly any of them have ever heard of her.
