Jessica Robinson unveiled as new ASrIA GM

The Association for Sustainable & Responsible Investment in Asia (ASrIA) has appointed Jessica Robinson as general manager, marking a new phase in the organisation’s growth and development.

Ms. Robinson has worked for over 16 years in professional services and business consulting, specialising in the financial services and sustainability industries. She has extensive experience of working in Asia, Europe and North America and across a range of different sectors, markets and regulatory environments. In her most recent position, she was responsible for the strategic direction, governance and management of a leading developer of energy and emission reduction solutions. 

Alexandra Boakes Tracy, ASrIA’s chairman, noted that Ms. Robinson’s appointment comes at a critical stage in the evolution of the organisation: “We are really excited that Jessica has joined ASrIA. Given her track record, I am confident that she will significantly contribute to our organisational and strategic success. ASrIA has taken a leading role in promoting sustainable and responsible investment in Asia and we believe that, with this new appointment, we can continue to drive this forward.”

Ms. Robinson will be responsible for leading the ASrIA team in addition to overseeing strategic planning and execution, directing project activities and managing relationships with members, sponsors, the industry and other stakeholders.

Ms. Tracy added: “Jessica’s experience and expertise will make a significant contribution to the continued growth and development of ASrIA, helping us to serve our members better and carry out important projects around disclosure, regulatory reform and climate change engagement.”
