He Bao bails on Bosera

He Bao has resigned as general manager at Bosera Asset Management, effective May 30, the company announced in a statement.
Mr. He succeeded the firm’s founder, Xiao Feng, in the position in August 2011. Before joining the Shenzhen-based asset manager, Mr. He had worked as the primary liaison for overseas managers at the National Council for Social Security Fund (NCSSF) since 2006.
The company has appointed Managing Director Yang Kun to take over the general manager’s responsibilities in an interim capacity.
Bosera Asset Management is the fifth largest asset manager in China with total AUM of 150 billion RMB (US$23.8 billion) currently.
