Bosera Asset Management’s Jim Wang has resigned from the firm as director of the quantitative investment division, effective from November 13.

The Shenzhen-headquartered firm announced on November 15 that it has appointed Hu Jun Min, Zhao Yun Yang, and Fang Wei Ling to take over the five funds, both ETFs and feeder funds, which Mr. Wang previously oversaw.

A number of members of Bosera’s senior management, including vice president Li Xuesong and portfolio fund manager Yang Rui, left Bosera earlier this year following the departure of the firm’s founder Xiao Feng last August.

Bosera is the fifth largest asset manager in China with total AUM of 130.6 billion yuan (US$20.7 billion).
