Cohen & Steers appoints William Leung as SVP, portfolio manager

Cohen & Steers has announced the appointment of William Leung as senior vice president and portfolio manager for its global real estate securities team. Mr. Leung will co-head the firm’s Asia Pacific investment team with Luke Sullivan in Hong Kong.

Mr. Leung previously worked at Deutsche Bank/RREEF Real Estate for 12 years, and has been a director, a portfolio manager and head of Asian real estate securities. Prior to Deutsche Bank/RREEF, Mr. Leung was a research analyst in Hong Kong with Merrill Lynch. He has 18 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and a BA from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr. Leung's investment expertise in the Asian markets further strengthens our team in Hong Kong and affirms our commitment to global real estate securities.
