Lu Songbin resigns from Yinhua Fund Management

Fund veteran Lu Songbin has resigned from his position as vice president of Yinhua Fund Management for personal reasons, effective February 7, Yinhua said in a statement.
Mr. Lu joined Yinhua in April 2008, heading the marketing, enterprises annuity sales, and fund product distribution teams. Before that, he held various positions at the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and at China Communications Import & Export Corporation.
According to fund website howbuy.com, Yinhua is ranked the eighth largest fund manager in China with total AUM of 117 billion RMB (US$18.5 billion).
