France’s Ostrum Asset Management, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, has appointed Gaëlle Théaud-Gautheron as chief operating officer.
She joins the asset management from Natixis Global Financial Services, the financial services unit of Natixis Group, where she is the managing partner of the transformation management office.
Her appointment is effective July 1 and she will report to Oliver Houix, chief executive officer of Ostrum, the company says in a statement on June 19. She will also join Ostrum’s executive committee.
It’s not clear whether the COO role is newly created.
Paris-based Ostrum Asset Management managed around 402 billion euros (US$431.8 billion) of assets as of March 2024.
