Australian superannuation fund Cbus Super has hired Talieh Williams from Victorian Funds Management Corporation as head of environmental, social and governance integration.
She will be responsible for driving integration of ESG risk and opportunity across Cbus Super’s portfolios, reporting to Ros McKay, head of responsible investment, the superannuation fund says in a statement on July 23.
According to the fund, Williams, who was executive manager for the office of the chief executive officer and chief investment officer at Melbourne-based Victorian Funds Management, has 20 years of institutional and sustainability investment experience. Before Victorian Funds, she was manager of governance and sustainability at UniSuper.
Melbourne-based Cbus Super manages A$98 billion (US$64.35 billion) of assets for around 910,000 members of the building and construction sector in three Australian states.
