Swedish alternative investment manager EQT AB will distribute its evergreen private markets strategy through Deutsche Bank to individual investors in select markets in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
According to EQT, the strategy, called EQT Nexus, enables access to the firm’s global private capital platform, spanning large-scale buyouts, mid-market/growth and early-stage ventures within healthcare, technology, and services sectors.
“The evergreen structure provides greater flexibility than traditional closed-ended vehicles, allowing eligible investors to subscribe monthly and redeem quarterly,” the Stockholm-based firm says in a statement on November 20.
EQT had around 266 billion euros (US$306 billion) of assets under management as of June 2025.
