Singapore’s Azalea Investment Management, an asset manager backed by state investment firm Temasek Holdings, has launched its first private equity evergreen fund, securing US$350 million in initial commitments.
Commitments to the Azalea All Access open-ended fund came from a “select group of anchor investors”, the company says in a statement on July 4.
The fund is designed to meet the evolving needs of investors seeking access to private equity, and aims to provide them with long-term capital appreciation, with the option of periodic distributions.
Azalea Investment Management managed around $11 billion of assets as of end-2025. The company is a subsidiary of Azalea Asset Management, a unit of Temasek-owned Seviora Holdings.
