Singapore’s TradeTogether, a specialist in tokenised asset investment strategies, has obtained a capital markets services licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, a year after getting approval in principle.
TradeTogether made the announcement in a statement on February 3, saying that it will now be able to expand its regulated fund management activities and cater to accredited, corporate and institutional investors seeking compliant access to tokenised assets.
According to Geoff Ira, the firm’s co-founder and chief executive officer, the licence “reflects years of disciplined work to build TradeTogether within Singapore’s regulatory framework”.
