Australia’s Cbus Super has hired Jordan Kraiten from rival Hostplus Super as head of infrastructure.
He succeeds Alexandra Campbell, who was promoted to deputy chief investment officer and head of private markets in September.
Kraiten’s appointment is effective January 2024.
“With the strategic aim of managing over 50% of our assets internally, Jordan’s appointment provides a dedicated resource to lead our high calibre infrastructure team as we optimise the portfolio and drive greater value from both new and existing assets, both locally and globally,” Campbell says in a statement on October 19.
Kraiten, who has over 20 years of industry experience, was also head of infrastructure at Hostplus.
Melbourne-based Cbus Super manages A$85 billion (US$53.68 billion) of assets for around 910,000 members of the building and construction sector in three Australian states.
